		<description>"Play" cannot be considered New Lows. There is nothing "new" about this song. "The Whisper Song" is a "New Low" because it set an entirely different level of lowness. It set the bar at about 3 inches off the ground. However, "Play" just rides the coattails. In other words, "Play" is not much "newer", or "lower", enough dethrone "The Whisper Song".</description>
