Seen: You're Going to Die

As the sheer amount of video content on the web grows exponentially, the percentage of quality video content on the web continually decreases.

As I am now living in New York, with actual stuff to do in the actual real world, my posting frequency here also decreases.

Thus, in an effort to post more regularly, without having to increase my output of original material, I'm going to start embedding interesting short films or other video content from the far corners of the interweb, most of which (I hope) you will not have seen before.

Perhaps while I am working on my internet tan over the next few months I will stumble upon some quality material. It is also possible that I will post a few more videos and then lose interest in this pursuit. If that happens, I will give you your money back.

You're Going to Die, directed by by Dennis Palazzolo and a finalist at the 2003 Student Academy Awards, speaks for itself.

The slightly less profound aspects of this film (you're going to die, so why worry? Just live life, be happy.) are absolutely in line with Zen Buddhist practices. Cool. I also like how he recycled footage from the old Superman cartoons from the 1940s, specifically the rocket escaping from the planet just before it blows up. At least I THINK that's what it's from, but I could be wrong.

In death we will all be ressurected, whether it's us in the future or aliens, we don't know. But If you don't believe in an afterlife, then you should believe you will be ressurected. The chance is 1 to 10000000000000000000000000000, but you've got quite a bit of time to wait. And you won't have any realization of this time because you're dead. So as soon as you close your eyes in death, you wake up, in some far, far, far away place, whther in space or time. Thank you for reading this, and take a moment to digest. I have posted anonomysly (I can't spell) to keep from taking credit. This was my idea, but I want it to be shared with the collective consciousness of the world. Share the wealth, and the knowledge
