'The Wolf of Wall Street' Screenplay Now Available For Your Consideration
Just as Martin Scorsese's relationship with Robert De Niro fueled his early film career, the masterful director's relationship with Leonardo DiCaprio has energized the latter part of his career. In their fifth collaboration, Scorsese and DiCaprio revisit the heady days of greed, power and debauchery on Wall Street in the 1980s in The Wolf of Wall Street. Now, thanks to Paramount Pictures, we present the screenplay for your consideration.
Here's a trailer for The Wolf of Wall Street, which opens in U.S. theatres on Dec. 25.
In a recent Q&A session at the Marrakech Film Festival, Scorsese admitted that at the age of 71, he believes he only has a few more films left in him. The director also credited DiCaprio's "enthusiasm and excitement" for keeping him going as a director and looks forward to working with the actor on his future films. For The Wolf of Wall Street, Scorsese teamed up with screenwriter Terence Winter, the creator, showrunner and head writer of Boardwalk Empire.
