You can find all sorts of Zeiss full-frame cine zoom options over on B&H:

  • Zeiss 15 to 30mm CZ.2 Compact Zoom Lens — $23,900
  • Zeiss 28-80mm T2.9 Compact Zoom CZ.2 Lens — $19,900
  • Zeiss 70-200mm T2.9 Compact Zoom CZ.2 Lens — $19,900
  • Three Lens Zoom Package — $59,900

Obviously the cine lenses above are rental items for the vast majority of us, but it's good to know that if you're looking for something to cover full-frame, Zeiss has you covered from primes all the way to the highest-end zooms.
