Recommended SD cards...

Hey people,
Im looking to upgrade my SD card, my current one is very old and getting slower and slower.

Any recommendations for fast cards? What do you use?

Some of the new cameras ( like the Panasonic GH4 ) have recording bit-rates that go up 200 Mbps, so you need high performance cards for these cameras.

If you are buying SD cards for a camera with moderate recording rates then any of Class 10 SDHC or SDXC cards from the major brands are fine.

Lately I've been buying Kingston and Lexar cards for regular video shooting, and SanDisk Extreme 95MB/sec cards for shooting 100-200 Mbit recordings.

NOTE: SDXC cards use a better memory controller than SDHC cards, so I only buy SDXC cards for high performance work.

Sandisk, Preferably 95mb card will carry you a far way. Sandisk card are very reliable cards so i'd stick with that brand and yes Kingston and Lexar is proper as well... be careful of Transcend trust me I nearly pulled out my hair when that damn card stopped working.

I recently bought a transcend card, trying it out. But if you're looking for a good reliable card Sandisk, or Lexar, cards are the way to go.
