RED Raven and the Zeiss Milvus lenses

I've been reading about the RED Raven and the Zeiss Milvus line of lenses. This seems like it would be a good combo to get given the Milvus line is supposed to be able to resolve 50MP. The RED Raven has a Canon EF mount. When looking at the Zeiss Milvus lenses, it became obvious that the ZF.2 set was more appealing than the ZE set.

The ZF.2 allows aperture control and even has a tool to de-click it if you wish. The ZE.2 doesn't seem to have this as it is controlled electronically. My understanding is that the RED Raven has a good bit of digital control over the lenses anyways, so that's not a big deal.

My question is, would using this kind of setup not allow me to adjust aperture on the fly (going from dark to bright scenes) during a shot? Is there something I'm missing?

Thanks!
