Just love the technology.
All too dear for me. How do they stack up with say cheap 600 LED ones?
I have concerns with the second two.I would have liked the rear lower to extend the same as the rear top. Thus spreading the weight to both arms. I made a cheap one using tripod legs and discovered this almost to my peril.
Funny I just bought a Atomos Ninja 2 as a pass through and recorder so I can stream see and capture video. I mentioned in another forum that this hobby is never ending expense. Reply was it gets more expensive when you buy pro gear also never ending.
You have to take into consideration all your tools. (camera, lights, computer, ect) also your office including heating. (I use the spare room normally unheated) How much would you spend on all those things over their lifespan. Then of course there's your creative skill. That ones up to you.
Depending on your budget. I would love this simple setup.
3 HDMI cameras connected to a Roland V-1HD Portable Compact HD Video Switcher then to a (gaming) HDMI > USB converter into laptop.
Or three different brands of HDMI > USB converters into laptop.
