this was fun..... thumbs up!
I really admire these guys. To figure out how to have a incredible adventure, tell a story about it (film) and get others to pay for a significant portion of it. And maybe just maybe make enough money to fund the next adventure..kudos!
Do some research ..... the sky is not falling .....From the MPA ...
2016 was another strong year for the global box office
The global box office receipts of these films and the hundreds more released in 2016 reached $38.6 billion, an increase of one percent from the previous year. In the United States and Canada, the box office rose two percent to hit $11.4 billion.
Even with an incredible variety of viewing choices available to audiences, cinema remains the premier way to experience the magic of our movies. And the good news is, there are positive signs for greater growth in the future.
In 2016, more young people and diverse populations went to the movies. Audiences between the ages of 18 and 24 attended an average of 6.5 movies over the course of the year – more than any other age group. Per capita attendance also increased among African American and Asian/Other audiences.
Interesting post. There are a number of options and we take advantage of most all of them...Netflix, Amazon, SHO, HBO ..etc... HOWEVER we love to go to the "movies" and go on average 4 times a month. I don't know where you live but for me a ticket, coke and popcorn cost $20 not $40. I disagree that that going to the movies, brick and mortar style is dying.. Call me a free thinker, but I never make a movie choice because of a review(s)... trailer, cast, synopsis, director..etc yes .... reviews no.... most people are idiots, I'll chose my own movie thanks!
looks to be an animated gif
Your reading comprehension and social skills are lacking, guess that works for an Editor. Maybe a different lens choice, position, resolution step down or camera movement ... likely will push the story in the right, or even better, direction eliminating the need for special hardware to fix the problem generated with wide angle distortion.... forest for the trees.
