Here are the trailers for each of the films:

During the Hollywood Reporter Roundtable with screenwriters, Anthony McCarten described the nerve-wracking experience of screening The Theory of Everything for Stephen Hawking. After the screening, McCarten noted that a tear needed to be wiped away from Hawking's eye, then they all waited for him to type out his reaction: "Broadly true." McCarten was quite relieved since as the screenwriter, even adapting Jane Hawking's memoir, he had to make great leaps to create intimate scenes that felt true to these people's lives but were essentially made out of whole cloth to connect the major recorded events of their lives together.

Inspired by the inventive world of author Alan Snow's book Here Be Monsters, Laika provides us with yet another imaginative stop-motion adventure through their creative use of 3D printed characters with The Boxtrolls. The screenplay and the film offer an interesting exploration into how screenwriters can use a book's universe and its characters to create a new vision of a story that will work for the big screen.
