A quick talk with one of AbelCine's representatives revealed that the company wanted to focus on their developing educational program at NAB instead. After all, it'd be redundant to show their stock since all the major manufacturers were at the convention anyway. So, they had a small stage and viewing area where they ran through educational topics as well as hosted guided tours around the convention to look at various departments. They hope to develop their educational venture further throughout their stores.

They did, however, have a few in-house accessories that they were prototyping as part of their Cameo line. Referred to as "glue" pieces, these aren't groundbreaking pieces of technology, but they are instead small supporting hardware that can bridge gaps in user needs. Seeing as they rent and sell such premium gear, they are in a good position to know the needs of their user base.
