Now this one has our attention.

The latest film from Oscar-nominated director Neil Jordan (The Crying Game), Greta tells the story of a good samaritan (Chloë Grace Moretz) who finds a pocketbook that's been left on a New York City subway car. She finds an ID inside and, determined, delivers it back to the woman whose bag it is (Isabelle Huppert). Needless to say, she shouldn't have done that.

Does this trailer give too much away? It's hard to tell, but the movie looks appropriately erotic and vicious, as Huppert's character grows obsessed with Moretz's and a cat-and-mouse game unfolds along with some appropriately wicked stabbings and bloodshed. Jordan is no stranger to genre films and his latest appears gleefully in-your-face and trashy. An erotic thriller that becomes a murder mystery that becomes a slasher film? We'll take it.

Greta opens in theaters on March 1st, 2019, courtesy of Focus Features.
