Interested in Blackmagic Design camera updates? Well, the company announced via Twitter that it will be hosting another event detailing its new camera developments and it has now officially kicked off.

Via livestream earlier this year, Blackmagic Design introduced the ATEM Mini Pro, a live switcher that combines recording, monitoring, and streaming features that allows you to stream via ethernet to YouTube Live, Facebook, Twitch, and other platforms.

Blackmagic is known for shaking up the industry with its very capable, inexpensive cameras. This month alone Canon announced the R5 and R6, RED is about to ship Komodo Stormtroopers, Sony is expected to announce the a7S II successor, and now, Blackmagic is getting in the game. Plus, ARRI is developing a new Super 35 4K camera expected later this year.

The company's latest offerings are the BMPCC 4K and 6K cameras with a Super 35 sensor. Is Blackmagic Design going full-frame? Are they updating existing cameras to unlock more features via software? Here's when to find out:

July 16th: Los Angeles 9AM PDT, New York 12PM EDT, London 5PM BST
July 17th: Singapore 12AM SGT, Tokyo 1AM JST, Sydney 2AM AEST
