Does having gear make it a successfull company?
Where will you find clients?
How will you do marketing?
Do you have a great website?

I suggest saving a part of that money to get noticed. Otherwise you'll have nice gear on a shelf.
But if the marketing work out well, you can buy it all a little later. And rent untill then...

The only changes I would make to your equipment list are...

- Swap the Rode NTG2 for the new NTG4 mic or the Sennheiser MKE600 mic.

- Add a Rycote blimp to be able to use your shotgun mic outside

- Add a basic audio recorder like a Tascam DR-60 or DR-70 to power your mic and to make better quality audio recordings. ( most lower cost cameras do not record good audio )

- Add a basic lighting package, preferably daylight balanced so you can match window light.

If you're going to run an A7s on a gimbal you'll probably need an external display. The new black magic pocket assist for $500 would give you that and an external recorder so that you can record pro res (HD). Also, for lenses you might need something else on the wide end so that you can use the A7s in crop mode and reduce rolling shutter. You have the 24-105 but that will only be wide in full frame. Since you already have a 50mm I would consider swapping your Samyang 50mm for a 16mm.
To be honest though, you don't even have a tripod in your list and I think you should prioritize a decent tripod and basic lighting kit over a DJI Ronin which you could rent on a project by project basis.
