BMPCC4K Test Shoot

I just received our Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 4K !!
So excited that we went for a quick test shoot by the beach straight away after.

Really impressed with the camera so far, especially in low light.
Shot in UHD Prores 422, with a mix of 23.98 and 60fps, slightly graded in DaVinci Resolve.
ISO 400 to 3200.

Very impressive, I was wondering about the low light, I feel BM has historically struggled with natural environments on the lower-end cameras. But this looked very clean and moderately sharp (with youtube compression, which is saying something!).

Thanks for sharing!

Thanks, was really surprised with low light too. It held up pretty well. I have owned the original Pocket and Ursa Mini Pro and this is so much better.

Would you mind commenting on how this compares to other BM cameras? I have a Cinema Camera 2.5K and thinking of switching to this. I have to assume this is better in every way (color science being my main point for buying BM stuff), but until more user footage comes out I can't be sure. I want to be extra sure considering the switch of form factor and lens mount. Have you used the 2.5K?

Footage looks phenomenal! Thanks for sharing!
