Feedback and suggestions needed?

Hello people,
Since I have joint recently, I really would like to put my old work up here for the feedback and all your suggestions? This is a very short film we made for Pepsi contest-
( All the shoots are handheld)

The Pepsi ads in India aren't great in story, they always come up with story which is adapted from bollywood which I find very cliche and stereotype-
Here is the one of the winning Ad- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XA8mdjB78qk

I like it, but there's two main issues I noticed. The music is a bit loud in the mix (and could use a notch filter to reduce the resonance of the guitar) so it's hard to hear the voice. Also, sometimes the "artsy" factor (super shallow depth of field, focusing during the shot, extremely low-key lighting) is a bit much.

The winner may be cheesy and over the top, but it is bright, has good depth of field, the subject of the video is obviously the priority. Side note, I love how so many people in India use those stackable metal cans for their lunches. Now that I think about it, that may be part of why that video won. Pepsi is an American company advertising to India and that video screams "INDIAN!"
