full screen videos or not?

I'm wondering, on average, do you and people/friends you know view youtube or vimeo videos full screen, or just watch it in the default setting? What kind of videos would you guys watch full screen or regular mode, and is duration a factor? With the mini-docs I make, viewing in theater or default mode on youtube or standard on vimeo obviously makes it look sharper and better, but I'm wondering what the viewing norm is for filmmakers AND non-filmmakers.

For me and those I know, it certainly depends on duration and perceived video quality. If it looks like a lot of effort was put into the cinematography, I go full screen. If it's just some sit down interviews, I'll leave it in default.

Depends. I must be great to put in fullscreen. Normally not.

Same as those above. If it is landscapes/aerials or Vimeo Staff pick type of videos I will go full-screen. Otherwise I will just keep it in theatre mode on YouTube on my second screen. It has to be very strong visually for me to go full screen and turn off my other screen.

Full screen all the way! If the quality is horrible, I eventually become disinterested and click out. My love for full screen stems from being able to observe all the details in a shot.
