Lincoln (2012) Cinematography - Janusz Kamiński

Hey everyone,
I just re-watched Spielberg's Lincoln again... and geez... I love the cinematography! The lighting, the composition and blocking blow my mind. I had a question that you more seasoned guys may be able to help me with:

I love the choice of focal lengths... the wider side of things really appeals to me... even for close-ups. I hear they shot on Cooke s4's... But what type of focal length/s do you think they went with for the majority of the film? My guess is they all mostly fall within the 16-28mm range... But that's just my uneducated eye. Attached are some example screenshots.
