Just released my short documentary about the rise of digital media in comic books.
ATOMIC: The Story of Comics: https://youtu.be/_ZTe4a7Zpow
Let me know what you all think.
Great job on the cinematography. Sound is a bit of a mixed bag (some interviews easily intelligible, some not). The thing I really missed was a strong story arc that carried me from beginning to middle to end. The ending was strong, but I really became anxious in the middle that the short was not actually going to go anywhere. I'm glad it finally did go somewhere, but it should have been something I was eagerly anticipating (because I knew it would) rather than worrying it might not.

I liked it, but two things right off the bat;
1: COLOR CORRECTING. Too orange, and it just looks like footage right out of the camera. Some of the shots are annoyingly orange and looks like old 5D footage. So some color correcting to get better skin tones and consistent looks shot to shot would go a long way.
2: Yeah, that audio. I would carry a wireless LAV wherever you go, just in case. Most people don't mind if you can slap a lav on their jacket or te shirt in under 5 seconds. If you're recording to an external recorder, you could get sound from both your little Shotgun and the LAV, and then you're covered.
Otherwise, very enjoyable.
