Adapters for Bayonet lens Mount

I recently purchased an old 16mm, Soviet, film camera. The K3(Krasnogorsk 3) that I have uses the bayonet lens mount. Are there any adapters for this lens mount so that I can:
1. use other lenses on the K3?
2. use the lens on other cameras?

Is this a standard mount or a proprietary mount made just for K3 cameras ?

I have been trying to research it and it seems that it may be proprietary to the Krasnogorsk line of cameras but I have seen a few people in other forums talk about other non-krasnogorsk lenses that can be used. Nothing concrete I could actually find though.

My research has led me to an awesome website (http://www.vintagelensesforvideo.com) where vintage lenses are tested and reviewed. There, I found the answer to my number 2 question on whether I can use the lens on another camera. (http://www.vintagelensesforvideo.com/krasnogorsk-lenses/)
"RAFcamera Krasnogorsk to MFT adapter" RAF makes quite a few adapters, lens caps, etc. for vintage glass such as the "Meteor 17-69mm" (which I have on the K3) and sells them on eBay.
