Audio synch issues Premiere Pro CS5.5

Hi guys,

I've been editing for someone on their PC, which is running CS5.5 and have just come across some audio issues with the footage. I think it started when the PC was formatted and Premiere was loaded back on.

When I'm playing clips, the audio seems to skip ahead of the video file. The files are MP4 and I'm importing from the HDD.

The clips play fine in Windows Media Player, so I'm guessing it's a Premiere problem.

Does anyone know of an solutions? Would be much appreciated!

If you need more details, let me know.

Is the audio out of sync when you check some rendered footage, or is the audio out of sync ONLY during playback ?

Sorry for not getting back to you. Forgot all about this post in the rush to get the project finished! Managed to get it sorted eventually. Audio was fine when exported. Moved the whole project on to my personal computer anyway to finish it. Thanks!
