Best Export Settings on Premiere Pro for Festival Screening

My short film will be showing at its first film festival next week. What are the best settings (or preset to use) for exporting the short with the best results?

We shot 90% in 4K (Red Epic, some Sony A7S, some Fs7). It was edited and scaled in a 1080p timeline. Festival is asking for it in Apple Pro Res 440 format.

I usually use the Youtube or Vimeo 1080p preset for online but this will be on a larger screen.

Thanks in advance for any help.

I don't think Pro Res 440 exists. Either 420, 422 or 4444 is probably what they're asking for. Find that out and simply export with that setting. I think they're uncompressed, and I'm unaware of any other settings to adjust, other than audio. maximum bit depth I suppose, maybe, in PP.

To get a ProRes export just go to the quicktime option. The first option is to choose your codec. Your situation probably calls to export a ProRes4444. Set your audio tracks and resolution. Then you should be good to export.
