Converting flat tripod head to bowl?

I was able to pick this head up http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/827210-REG/Manfrotto_MVH502AH_75Mm... for really cheap on Craigslist.

I was wondering if there is a way to convert it from a flat headed tripod head to a bowl type? I hate adjusting legs constantly to level the head.

You need a half-ball adapter...

If you don't already own a tripod with a 75mm bowl, then you might want to look at this one. ( you won't need the half-ball adapter because this tripod includes one )

I've seen this recommended, and I'm looking at picking one up. Basically converts a non-bowl tripod into one with a (fairly small range of motion) bowl.

The half ball also helps level a slider and frees up the head for the slider car. Good buy.
