DJI Ronin Not Working

Hi, about a month ago, i ordered a dji ronin m. I balanced it but when i started controling it via iphone, it said "not dji intelligent battery" and it wasnt working. I tried updating the firmware but nothing helped. So i sent it back to the store and they´ve sent me a new one. Once again i balanced it and when i connected my iphone to it THE SAME THING HAPPENED AGAIN. Battery error. Not dji intelligent battery.
Whats the problem ?

I see this question is a few months old, but maybe the answer will help someone else. I have had this issue with the Ronin battery. I discovered in my case the issue stemmed from not having the battery seated all the way on. The battery would be seated enough to make some contact, but not enough to engage properly. Once I pushed the battery firmly into place, everything worked fine. I hope that helps.

Before hooking up into the DJI mobile app, make SURE you charge the batteries to FULL.
