Does anyone know how to get a real answer from Blackmagic customer service?
I ordered the Blackmagic Pocket Camera during the summer sale, and big surprise, it has not yet shipped and Blackmagic customer service can't give me any information. In one email, the rep even said to me "I have no way of knowing or trying to find out, you'll just have to sit tight". Has anyone ever received a real answer on shipping from this company, and if so, how?
