EF Lenses Adapter or Case for an Android Cellphone???

I am planning to go on vacations and this time wife has clearly told me NO DSLRs (ok last time I was spending more time with my cam and lenses then with her and the kids - a usual practice by most of us) :(

So I need to find an adapter that can mount EF mount lenses on my 5.5" to 6.0" screen size smart phone (Samsung Note series) and let me take good pics and videos while getting all naughty with my bokehs, seriously it is too much to ask for??? :)

I dont want to break my bank and neither want to end up with a crap so please guide me and help me with regards to what to get.

I am happy with my EF mount lenses and dont want to buy those unknown brand lenses which are usually sold along with such mounting cases.

So help me and save me :)

The problem is that Canon EF lenses are electronic, so any adapter is also going to have to also be electronic to control your EF lenses, which means it won't be cheap. This is why the Canon Metabones adapters cost between $400 - $700 each.

A much better idea would be to buy the new Olympus AIR cameras, which are extremely compact but still allow you to mount different lenses and are controlled by your smart-phone, so your Samsung phone would be a great fit. The Olympus AIR is so small that it is probably smaller than your Canon EF lens all by itself. When using the AIR camera it looks like you are carrying just a lens and your smart-phone.

I'd say enjoy your vacation and follow the spirit of "no DSLR" not the letter of it.
