GH4 Codec Support in WIndows 7
I've been trying to sort through a large chunk of footage I shot with my GH4.
I have the footage organized in various folders on my PC but it's difficult to tell what clips were shot in 4K and which were shot in 1080p.
I know that when I had my Canon 60D I had the option within the windows explorer to show clip information like resolution, aperture, shutter speed, camera model, etc. However, I don't see any information listed in those categories for my GH4 footage.
I went ahead and installed the latest Microsoft Camera Codec Pack (6.3.9721.0), but it doesn't list the DMC-GH4 as a supported camera model.
Does anyone know if Microsoft will be releasing a new Codec Pack that supports all the GH4 metadata?
Or maybe someone knows of a different way of organizing footage using metadata?
Any help is appreciated, thanks!
