I'm creating an artist collective, any recommendation?

I'm creating an artist collective for writers, filmmakers and musicians. The four creators already wrote the manifest and we start working on some projects this month. Our objective is to create an international networking (cause all of us are leaving our country to study between 1 to 5 years from now). any recommendation or idea about collectives?

All of the collectives I know have functioned to support a specific space, a neighborhood or a region. A collective seems like a simpler way of saying "we're a group of friends who want to collaborate and share success".
I'd be interested to know if you plan on using available technology to actually collaborate across the globe. Would you share or summarize the mission statement?

yes, the mission of the collective is to create projects with "metropolis" themes and not following trends of the area (for example, in my country the actual trend is movies about drugs), and with this projects reach and create an international networking for the people of the collective (as I said, a big part of the members of the collective are leaving the country in a few years).
we don't have right now a way to collaborate across the globe but that's one of the ideas to reach in the future
(sorry if my english is bad, my native language is spanish)

Be a dictator about the mission of your group. Often it is the old too many Chiefs not enough Indians. At the same time you need to let your group expand, contract and grow in new ways. My grandson when 4 yrs old said it best "Grandpa, when you are part of a team, nothing is possible"

True, thanks for the advice. The mission we explain more what to do in the manifest so they can follow the statements. Also I'm the founder and the only one leading the idea and making it possible, but I'm working with other 3 "main" members (all friends from highschool, all artists) and I hope there's no problem in the future with them, we are writing all on paper to avoid misunderstandings. I don't know if it's a good idea that one "rule" is that if someone wants to be a member I am the only one who can accept them (I thought that if I'm putting a lot of effort on this, i don't want that someone put toxic people on my group)
