Importing Pluraleyes .xml to Premiere 5.5?

Hi everyone.

Is there a way for me to export a synchronized clip from Pluraleyes (which would be .xml) on my Mac, and then put that file on my Windows 7 workstation, and throw it into Premiere 5.5 to edit with the clips without synchronizing them? Thanks in advance.

EDIT: For clarification, I mean to say; (...) To edit the clips without have to synchronize them manually, as this is a huge task in Premiere because I can't zoom in far enough.

In Pluraleyes, Adobe Premiere Pro xml is one of the options - just check that one. Should be good to go.
