Lens for FS5

Amateur question. I have been using the C100 for years and have lens with EF mounts as a result. Im looking at changing to the Sony FS5 and am wondering if my EF lenses will work without an adaptor or will i need to purchase one?

Also can anyone recommend a good mid range wide lens and telephoto lens for the FS5 that doesn't cost an arm and a leg? Theres so many out there its hard to decide but am after a nice light 20 or 30mm lens to accompany the zoom lens that will give me nice pic for interviews done on the run that often don't have little to no time for lighting.

Thank you in advance

I use the Metabones EF to E mount mkiv adapter to get my EF lenses on the FS5. Cheaper lenses that have been getting some good reviews are Rokinon (aka Samyang) cine primes, that go from about €350 upwards. I'm planning on getting the 12mm one, and probably a classic 24 or 35 afterwards.

So yes you will need an adaptor to be able to use your canon lenses but if you have full frame lenses then you can use a speedbooster and get full frame with the fs5. Otherwise the good all in one lense is the Sony 18-105 f4 because it will work well with the automation of the camera, you have a motorise zoom and it costs 500$ which is quite cheap for an all in one pro lense. For the interview lense I use a 55mm or 50mm 1.8, which gives a good ratio distance / size / bokeh for interview for a decent price.
