"Looking for a Cinematographer - Who is having in depth knowledge to working on Panasonic GH4 or Canon 5D mark II"

I guys I am planning a feature movie, It will be shot in Hyderabad-India... It's an independent movie... Genre is a [Stylish] Thriller

I would like to say I could fit the job, I haven't worked with the GH4 but I have worked with 5D MKII. How soon would this shoot be?

A good cinematographer can work with any camera. It's about lighting, composition, movement. It's about managing a crew and working with a director. That's what will produce beautiful images. A decent cinematographer can learn the specifics of any camera in a short time.

Find someone whose work you like. Find someone who makes you feel comfortable and confident.

Hi PR,
I agree with Charlie. You should find the skills, don't worry about the tools. You own GH4 and 5D I suppose. If not, then don't get equipment specific. If yes, then I keep my mouth shut! :-| Please keep posting your progress here. All the best.
