Looking to Upgrade: C100 or A7s or FS100

I currently only have a 60D with a 50mm 1.4 and tokina 11-16 and I'm looking to upgrade soon. The three cameras I've been looking at so far have been the C100 AF, the A7s, and the FS100 (but I'm definitely open to other suggestions!)

All three each seem to have great pros going for them:

C100: I can keep my lenses without buying an expensive adapter, widely used and very professional, great image

A7s: Small and light, possible 4k, amazing lowlight, and able to take pictures as well.

FS100: A great all around camera that can make a beautiful image if shot right but a little outdated

I mostly shoot commercials and documentary style stuff so Its not like i would be shooting sports or very much action.
I have about 3k for my budget of upgrading. Plus I would be buying it used so I'll have some left over to buy a few good accessories.

Which of these cameras would be the better investment and be able to help me create the best image?

Thanks so much!

The C100 is also great for low light shooting. As a workhorse camera for commercial projects the C100 would be my first pick.

I second this.

I used a C100 at my job and have an A7S for personal use. Prior to this I was a 5D Mark II user, so I think we are coming from similar places (I also used those same lenses)

Long-story short I just purchased a C100 for personal projects as well. An A7S is great for all the reasons you said, but is not as 'ready-to-go' straight out of the box as a C100 in terms of video. The XLR's and built-in ND's go a long way towards convenience on set.
