Migrating from FCPX to Premiere Pro
I'm currently editing a short film and the director likes to do the rough assembly and then we work on it together. The film was shot on Red Raw, and the director works on final cut pro X and is using the prores proxies, I'm working on premiere and using the full res media.
Currently I'm exporting XMLs from FCPX and through Davinci to Premiere, but then I have to do it cut by cut to get it on my timeline with the full res media and synched audio. And that is taking a lot of time.
The question is: is there a more effiecient way for doing it?
