Produce the "drugged" efect.

Does anyone have a tip on how to produce this shaky, motion, effect we see on some films when people consume a drug? Im currently working on a short film and I need a shot of this style.

I'd recon you'd wanna use as low shutter speed as you can get. If the camera you use will let you, you can even lower the frame rate to 12fps and get real blurred, distorted and surreal.

A similar effect can be applied in post, called "ghosting". It's not as pleasing by itself, but can be applied in moderation, depending on the look your going for.

Another common way of delivering the feeling of disorientation is to offset the horizon, called a dutch angle.

Hope this helps,
cheers

Just overlay the same footage over the footage by a few frames off, then either multiply or any of those overlay-mechanisms. Play around, it'll look fun.
