Setting vs Budget

Hi there, I'm working on my first feature (horror) and the first half would be set on a shrimp boat. My gut is telling me NO... because of the cost. My question is... would producers see this and pass on it because of the setting? I can put the protagonist into another profession, I have the story set, but the boat is unique and it's a place people don't usually see. I know the guru's go on about just write it regardless of cost, but heck, my gut keeps telling me to think of the budget....Especially nowadays...

Thanks for your time guys/gals

Definitely think of the budget :) Can it be contained somewhere else that you can control? Water can be a bit unpredictable :)

Even with huge, HUGE budgets. It is NEARLY impossible to light on a boat. It can be done but the money it takes to do it is absurd.
