Which mechanical stabilizer should I get?

Hi, so I’m looking for a mechanical stabllizer for my Nikon D5500.
I came to a conclusion the its better then electronic gimbel for film shooting.
I thought about buying the ifootage wildcat III. But I see everywhere the glidecam stabilizers, is there any reason they are so popular?
Which one should I get around 250 dollar budget? Thanks guys!

For a stabilizer, the Glidecam hd-1000 is the best option, but would cost a fortune (unless you'll find a used one). So get the Flycam hd to save a sum.

Glidecam is well-known brand, I guess, that's why they're so popular.
Laing has a very similar offering for the same money. Not as well known a brand, but I've heard they're very well made.

A youtuber paarker walbeck did a comparison video between glidecam and flycam. I'd say based on tht, go for flycam redking.
