I will be travelling to Australia next month and of course want to carry my camera and some photography gear to record my trip. Any one who can give any suggest to choose a good camera bag? Shoulder one or backpack one? I will only carry me with one camera and several gears. http://whatphotographygear.com

I would suggest a backpack over a shoulder bad.. as it distributes the weight better if your intending to hike with it for long periods. It doesn't need to be camera only to, i've traveled with it stuffed with everything i need for a week away including cameras!

Ive had my Manfrotto backpack for years and years, and keeps coming in handy.. this is their new version of what i use - https://www.manfrotto.co.uk/pro-light-camera-backpack-3n1-36-for-dslr-c100-dji-phantom

My favorite day-pack backpack is the LowePro Photo Hatchback 16L AW Backpack that has hidden camera storage that is only accessible if you take the back pack off. Otherwise it looks like a normal day-pack bag, with no visible camera compartment.

The blue version does not look like a camera bag at all.

There is also a larger version of the same bag : https://goo.gl/UwtWVF
