Dissapointment
Just an enthousiast
Yeah, but what if you cut out the numbered pieces and realign them to make a new painting. Then you're stealing like an artist :P
Cabin in the Woods was amazing and subverted tropes, so is Get Out. The fact that Get Out actually had something important to say makes it better than Cabin in the Woods. I haven't seen Cabin Fever, so don't know about that one.
"Tokina claims there will be vignetting on full-frame sensors." So vignetting is a feature now?
I expected Get Out to win best film for it's influence on our culture and subvertion of genre tropes. Though Shape of Water was a good film non the less. Anyhow, You Were Never Really Here wasn't nominated for a single thing, proofing that you can't really take the oscars seriously anymore.
Well kickstarter is used a lot to see if there's interest in a product and to market it before you go into full swing production. So it's probably not about getting the funds to make the product, but about getting the attention to sell the product. It also adds a lot of security for a company to know in advance that a product will sell.
This is essential. I'm tired of watching directors direct with no clue as to what the actor needs to do their job. The actors should be the number 1 thing on the mind of the director. Your crew knows about shots and set dressing and what have you, you should know about directing actors. Please NoFilmSchool, more articles about this. It's a subject that doesn't get enough attention at all.
