Brad Watts
Filmmaker/Creative Director - Redd Pen Media
Self taught filmmaker who started in photography back in 07. Have come a long way since then. Started out shooting music videos and getting in the technical experience behind the camera then stepping into the writer/director role to explore a first time film that placed top 20 in the world in the Canon USA Imagination Festival and a Top 5 placement in the international Sundance/Nokia short film contest. Worked extensively with Reebok, RCA Records as well as TD Jakes Enterprises to get my feet wet in documentary work. Extremely passionate to the point of obsessed. My life is my work, I do it for a living and i dedicate my free time to constantly learning and studying cinema. Recently transitioned into a digital creative agency where we focus on brand building and content creation/marketing to bring more of an audience and consumer base.
Majority of us are getting 1099's so none of this really helps. Bummer.
The movie is about a psychotic killer named Joker? Did you not get the memo? SMDH

"Right now there just isn't a robust library of lenses for L, Z, or ER mounts, and it will be a long time, if ever, until those formats catch up in volume to EF." Pretty much answered your own question. EF is just universal for small indie filmmakers and most people have many EF lenses and don't want to put thousands towards a new lens set.
Most likely intentional as the symbolism of a white horse, innocence and a bright spot in the darkness that just occurred. I think it played well into the scene and added some beauty to the chaos and destruction that we witnessed.
This is pretentious nonsense. People can make whatever they want especially when they are experiencing it and it’s relevant to so many. Who are you to say what you should and shouldn’t write or create.
How do you know what people are going to like? Movie theaters and such aren’t even open. Not to mention all of the Netflix pandemic movies that were in the top 10 recently because so many people wanted to watch something relevant. That is proof in itself that people do want covid stories. And There are so many new topics and ideas because of covid. The world has changed and storytelling will change as well.
