I love my life, and the people that grace it. I've dedicated my life to sharing great stories and experiences with the world through cinema! The love of my life, Sarah, and I built a modest home on 4 acres of breathtaking farmland with our Bernese Mountain Dog, Charlie. I love music, travel, creativity, and people.

If your audio is clipped here and there, I've heard Izotope RX Declipper pull things back that I NEVER thought was possible. That company has got some magic up their sleeves.
Big ups for Contax Zeiss glass. The look is perfect for everything from weddings to commercial work to music videos, and if you slap a Black Pro Mist 1/8 filter on the front it goes an even longer way to cut down on the sharp video-y look. Check out our kit here:

Good luck!
Hey Naomi!
Hazers can get pretty pricey, if you're on a budget check these out:

We've used them on a few shoots now and they work great!
If combined with a Black Pro Mist filter it does an even better job, but I personally don't go above the 1/8 BPM filter. I have the 1/4 and it's never subtle enough, bordering on soap opera.
I sure do! Eric, in the video, is my brother. We've since upgraded the monitor mount to ball clamps and a quick NATO lock to attach the monitor itself. It's a lot faster to set up/alter and very sturdy. This is still using the 7q out to the side like the video.

Hope this helps!
Hey man,
I'm not sure where your from, but if it's near the philly area (or if you want to pay shipping) I would sell our Arri kit for $1750. It's 4 lights and more power than the one you're looking at for less. Comes with a 1k open face, 2 650w fresnels, and a 300w fresnel. Same deal with the roller case, stands, etc. Let me know if you're interested, it's a killer kit!
