Hi, but Sony have a professional and convenient solution for sound. Whith XLR-K1M ( K2M if you don't use a cage) you can have a microphone for ambiance and one for an HF receiver. 48V impedance and easy level monitoring. If i'm not wrong, it doesn't exist anywhere else but Sony. And with the Sony, it's 100 i/s in APS-C format, but 1080p... So yes, I agree for the 10 Bits output, but I prefer stay with my A7S2.
