As others have said, fininshing a film is an accomplishment in and of itself so congratulations on completing this. I think the mood is interesting, and I think the music works well with the film. I'd agree with Elliot about the introduction... although some of those shots are nice, it is quite long for an intro to a short film. Another thing I notice is that some of the cuts seem to come in on the wrong moment -- for instance the "get away from me creep" moment could use quite a lot of tightening up as it currently feels like she allows him to put his hand on hers, waits a sec, then reacts.

I think its a balance, but still lean a little more towards quality over quantity.
