Article Comment – REVIEW: The 14 Biggest Game-Changers in Resolve 12.5

Great review Tristan. I made the leap from my cozy (but dated) FCP 7 existence this week. I can already see Resolve and Fusion are going to keep me occupied for a while, but I can already produce work now! I'm not going to open the FCP 7 vs X debate again, but for me the Resolve environment felt like a more mature 7 only much, much better.

Can I suggest a Postscript to your review detailing the difference between the free (love that word) version and the paid (Studio) versions of Resolve? There were a couple of features you cover (eg. noise reduction) that are only available when you pay for Studio (or buy certain BMD Cameras).

Thanks again for the review,
Charles.
