Ghia Ransome

Creative Director | Producer | Writer

Ghia Ransome is the president and creative director of MsImpeckable, an organization committed to helping women push past painful experiences, embrace imperfections and live in alignment with life purpose; while using fashion, inspiration and entertainment as an avenue to increase self-confidence. As a board certified life coach through Life Purpose Institute and the Center for Credentialing and Education (CCE), she promotes a five-step initiative that simplifies the process of transforming one’s quality of life.
Prior to MsImpeckable, Ghia traveled across the country as a professional hip-hop choreographer and dancer with Steps of Praise, and performed on the Nu Nation Tour, a 60-city tour with gospel artist Kirk Franklin. She was also afforded the opportunity to perform on numerous televised programs, and special events such as the Soul Train Music Awards and Grammy Awards.
As Ghia’s career flourished, she became intrigued by the synergy created in a crowd and wanted to use the power of video production and creative writing to capture the moment. She is now exploring a career as a producer and writer, and excited about where this new, yet natural, career direction will take her.

Pretty cool!

Article Comment – The Feature Film That Blew Everyone Away at Sundance Was Shot on an iPhone 5s

I couldn't agree with you more! Thank you for putting this back into perspective. Congrats to these filmmakers too...especially for those who are just starting out, like me. I almost felt like not having equipment yet did not legitimize my work in the field...but I have a pen, paper, laptop, experiences, education, creativity, an imagination, resources and more. Put all these things together and I guess that means I have stories to tell. Back to the "writing" board! Thank you!

Boards Comment – full screen videos or not?

Full screen all the way! If the quality is horrible, I eventually become disinterested and click out. My love for full screen stems from being able to observe all the details in a shot.
