I love Wooden Camera. Not cheap but everything just works. Solid. I mix and match their stuff with Tilta parts. Complaining about their prices is like being upset that there is no $3000 Alexa. Oh wait, there is - it's a Blackmagic camera.
What about S-Log2?
1 - 1 1/2 stops over is the common opinion and it avoids noise. But I read somewhere that the most of the data is always stored in the darker areas and that if you expose higher you lose the ability to gather that data (due to Sony's algorithms). So we have to be careful.
I can't wait to get some LUTs that will actually help me shoot better.
