Director | Producer | Key Grip
Been grinding it hard. 10 years in the radio business. Doing graphic design...not because I love it. But because I know how...and the position was open. Job security. It's a big deal. But I've been fostering a love affair with cinema since I first saw Dead Poets Society when I was 10 years old. My older sisters had rented it and I watched from behind the couch. When it was over, I went to bed and cried like a baby. I didn't totally grasp what I had seen, but it hit me like a ton of bricks. I would go on to major in drama before meeting my soon-to-be-wife and deciding I better pick a major that can net me some income. So I settled on Advertising. A lot of directors started in advertising. That's the journey I'm on my friends. For the last two years I've been doing freelance videography for a production company, travelling all across the US shooting rodeos for an outfit called PRS (Pro Roughstock). It's a good time and feeds my creative side while I work to put together my own production company. Living the dream. That's the goal...right?
