Yeah, I'm going out of my way to see this movie now. This article is garbage.

Boards Comment – FS5, FS7 or C100 mkII for weddings?

I would honestly just get another a7s, maybe some monitors/monopods etc. and hire someone else as a 2nd to get more coverage. This is how the company I work for does it and we never have any issues with looking professional. I find that the bride and groom don't really care and just want the final product to look good. If anything they don't want to notice you at all so a bigger "more professional camera" would hurt you imo.

Article Comment – Everything You Ever Wanted to Know About Working with the Blackmagic URSA Mini

Are you sure there isn't any fixed pattern noise on the BMCC? I own one and I occasionally get really bad FPN problems. It only seems to happen under LED light though. Is that why?

Article Comment – The Key is Control: Learn How to Sculpt Hard Light to Add More Dimension & Contrast

The amount of arrogance in these comments is baffling. This is a seasoned and professional DP with almost 20 features and countless commercials and music videos under his belt. Yet, people are complaining about the clothes he is wearing and the fact that he is using a technique besides barn doors? How about you all consider that given the amount of success he has that he probably knows a lot more than all of you. I thought this community was better than this..
