Jesse Feldberg

Jesse Feldberg is a writer, director, actor, producer, and production sound recordist based in Long Beach, CA. A veteran of the US Coast Guard, and a native New Yorker who has recently put on his first play “Silver Bullet” a film noir inspired drama for the Hollywood Fringe Festival. In addition to writing his next production he works as a professional production sound mixer and boom operator. His previous short film “Late to the Party” a satire on gun violence and “4th & Olive”, a short documentary about a disabled veteran restauranteur, were both nominated in their categories at the Long Beach Indie International Film Festival. In addition to producing “Gurl Meets Girl” he is working on developing his first feature and his next play.

I’m a purist at heart and of course movies should ideally be enjoyed in a movie theater but the world is evolving. A piece of art, for example a painting, can be equally enjoyed in someone’s garage, a gallery, and/or a museum. Regardless of where you see it, it is still a piece of art.
