What lights will you have available?
What kind of office is it?
What color are the walls?
This is dependant on how many units you have available.
You could bounce HMIs from outside and add a couple more lights facing the window (with CTS/CTO, etc) to mimic sunrays for a cool blue sky/warm sun effect.
Then, for night, light it with practicals (plus some chimeras/kinos for talent).
That's an ideal situation.
Of course, this does depend on the mood you want to set.
Conversely, if budget is very limited you could opt for toplight. (diffuse it and skirt it)
Regular fluorescent tubes work as well, just try to have the same temp tubes, and if that isnt possible, intersperse the cool/warm bulbs, get a color reading, et voila.
Just take out some of the green channel and itll work.
Using this method you can just bounce some light for fill on the faces. Or bring in a negative fill if it's too much.
Let us know how it goes.
Match your footage ... degrade your vfx plates to match.
