Boards Comment – looking for guidance on purchasing a camera

i've been using the panasonic gh4 http://amzn.to/2k362md for over 2 years now and i can say its a really good camera! it gives nice images and never really let me down on a shoot. low light could be better but the announced the gh5 http://amzn.to/2k8q4fi which will start shipping in march and that one really looks promising and the footage that is already out there looks really good so i'm probably going to buy that one. gh5 shoots 10 bit 4:2:2 internally!

Boards Comment – Equipment Upgrade

lens that i can highly recommend is the sigma 18-35 art lens with f1.8. i've used this lens for a year now and the image quality of it is really good for filmmaking. every time i have a shoot i basically but this one on.

and have you looked at the new panasonic GH5? i'm planning on getting that one.
