Latency I suppose... USB liveview has latency, and is difficult to pull focus properly.
But most cameras now has pretty nice wifi liveview. But this is cheap and may work fine with old cameras, or cameras without wifi.
I do not think a pocket camera can compete against their professional line... 4k (2.5k it's nice too) 1080p 60fps !!! (I REALLY NEED THAT) maybe with LPE-6 Canon Batteries like the micro cinema camera.
And if they add preview Luts, I'm going to fall in love with them.
A bigger sensor is more unreal, but ....
Actually you can mounted on a regular rig, on your back, as a contra balance system for your rig, just like a vmount battery. We actually think in all kind of situations. And Pandora will have mounting points like that. :)
Hi Leonie, It's definitely depends on the size of your camera. The t3i is smaller and you have that "protrusion" on the left. That we made for HDMI cable clamps... Other models like the 5D or the BMCC are big enough to enter on the entire platform. It's only weight 2.2 pounds (1kg) aprox.
Hi Rory, You can do both ways! Charge the entire unit with a Micro USB cable, or you can charge the 18650 batteries with a charger. Is up to you. :)
Only one XLR input ... deal breaker
